Total words on Burden of Truth: Book Two of The Rebel Mage
I’m calling it done. I’ll compile it and send it off to the beta readers and to the editor tomorrow. It’s rough, but it’s DONE.

That's a wrap.
Hidden Things is complete at 65,500. Less than I was expecting, but there’s also less sex than I was expecting in this one.
Now, this means that I’m off for the summer. For varying values of off. I still have four synopsi to write, and convention prep.

Finished
It’s all done but the title.
The short story/novella/how-the-heck-long-is-this-anyway? that I’ve been calling Berlin is now done.
It’s also now a short novel, at 46,000 words. (Yes, in romance writing, that’s a novel.)
I just need to come up with something better than Berlin as a title. Because the first one was House of Sable Locks, and the third one will be Men of Mortal Seeming. (Yes. May the Little Tin Gods of Artifice help me, I’m writing a trilogy.)
Titles usually don’t give me trouble. But this one, I need to sleep on. And sleep on the next part of my Oh-my-God work schedule, a short story entitled Ghost Writer. Once that’s done, then I get to my edits on The School. When those are done, only then do I get to writing Hidden Things.
I’m going to be insane by Halloween. Watch me.

Done.
I finished this spring’s novel. The School clocks in at just a hair under 66K words, and features someone new for me — an asexual main character.
Needless to say, I will be having people reading this to make sure I did it right.
In the meantime, I have two and a half weeks of school left. What am I going to do with myself???
